30-Day Refund Policy

At lyvne, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and international shipping model, we do not accept physical returns of products.

However, customers may be eligible for a refund under specific circumstances within 30 days of receiving their order.

Non-Return Policy

lyvne does not accept product returns. Customers are not required to ship products back to us, as we do not operate a return warehouse.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returned items cannot be processed or accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer
